Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Custom apparel, embroidery, personalized items, and made-to-order products may require additional production time. Estimated processing times for custom orders will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are flat rates at checkout based on shipping method selected.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping notification.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom apparel, embroidery, DTF transfers, and personalized products may require additional production time before shipment.
Production timelines vary depending on order size, design complexity, and current workload. Customers will be notified if additional time is required.
Shipping Delays
Cross Apparel is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Carrier service interruptions
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers
- Lost or delayed packages once accepted by the shipping carrier
While we will assist in resolving shipping issues whenever possible, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is submitted, please contact us immediately at crossapparel26@gmail.com.
If an order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.
Additional shipping charges may apply for returned or re-shipped packages.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged:
- Contact the shipping carrier directly.
- File a claim with the carrier if applicable.
- Contact Cross Apparel and we will assist you in resolving the issue whenever possible.
Cross Apparel is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Domestic Shipping
At this time, Cross Apparel ships within the United States unless otherwise stated.
